HOW DO I BOOK A LODGE  AT RONORA?

• Individual lodges and cabins can be reserved directly from our website 
 •  Check out Your Stay page (https://www.ronoralodge.com/your-stay)to view lodges and details  (prices vary for each lodge). 
 • Once you've Decide what lodge to reserve select "Book now" 
 •  Fill out the Booking Request Form! 
 • Someone will be in contact with you regarding your booking within 24HRS

• After terms are agreed, we'll send you a Contract. 
 • A Deposit of the lesser of $1,000 or 50% confirms your reservation
 • Our Waiver form must be completed for all guests.

WHEN IS RONORA OPEN?

• We are generally open All Lodging options  mid-April and close early November. This may vary year to year depending on advance bookings.

CAN I VISIT RONORA BEFORE BOOKING?

• To maintain privacy for our groups tours must be scheduled. 
 • Best times for tours are on weekdays, late April, early May, and late October. But we'll do what we can to accommodate your availability. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE  SHOULD I BOOK?

Accepted Answer

• Peak months (June - October) usually require at least a one-year advance booking for large groups
 • Off-peak months (April-May) may need less lead time
 • Large groups that need a specific weekend will want to book at least a year in advance.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN RONORA ACCOMMODATE?

Accepted Answer

• Currently, our maximum overnight capacity including all lodging options is roughly 100 overnight guests, with outdoor receptions accommodating up to 150 guests.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING?

The following documents are required for all bookings:
 • Contract  --  electronic signing
 • User Agreement -- leader signs
 • Waiver Forms  --  required for all guests
