• To maintain privacy for our groups tours must be scheduled. • Best times for tours are on weekdays, late April, early May, and late October. But we'll do what we can to accommodate your availability. • Peak months (June - October) usually require at least a one-year advance booking for large groups • Off-peak months (April-May) may need less lead time • Large groups that need a specific weekend will want to book at least a year in advance.

• Currently, our maximum overnight capacity including all lodging options is roughly 100 overnight guests, with outdoor receptions accommodating up to 150 guests.

The following documents are required for all bookings: • Contract -- electronic signing • User Agreement -- leader signs • Waiver Forms -- required for all guests
